HIIT for Weight Loss

HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”.  There are many HIIT you can do; it depends on your body weight and your weight loss requirement.

Will normal workout not suffice? Is HIIT for weight loss really necessary?

If you ask me, I would always recommend HIIT to those who are trying hard to lose weight. Try it and you will be amazed at your result.

Let me suggest a few simple and easy HIIT for weight loss to start with.

  • HIIT for Weight Loss #1

Treadmill (maintain a speed of 7 throughout… without any inclination)

Time for one round is 11 min. This is enough. If you want to repeat this one more time, you can.

Conclusion

These are just mere 5! There are many other HIIT for weight loss. Consult your trainer and start HIIT if you seriously want to lose weight and be fit.

Nutritious and balanced diet, 8 to 12 glasses of water, 6 to 8 hour of sleep and daily workouts can indeed bring great weight loss results to you.

You need to be patient with a positive bend of mind (“Yes, I can also do it!”), have faith in yourself and work hard to achieve your weight loss goal.
