3 Diabetic Weight Loss Drink Recommended for You

Not all weight loss drink is for diabetics, no matter what one says or makes you believe. I am sure you know that diabetics need to be very careful with what they drink and what they eat.

Given below are 3 diabetic weight loss drink that a diabetic (Type 1 & Type 2) can enjoy for reducing blood sugar level and weight, both.

Diabetic Weight Loss Drink #1: Cucumber, Lemon, Bitter Melon  

Ingredients

  • Cucumber – 1 (peeled and cut in small pieces)
  • Lemon – ½ (juice)
  • Bitter Melon (or Bitter Gourd) – 2 (peeled and cut in small pieces)
  • Water – if required

Blend all. Don’t worry about the bitterness. It is excellent for diabetics. Strain and have a cup of this juice early in the morning on empty stomach for at least a month. Prepare the drink daily.

If you want to reduce the bitterness (I would suggest you don’t do so), you can use a small apple (cut in small pieces) and blend it in.

Diabetic Weight Loss Drinks #2: Honey, Cinnamon, ACV

Ingredients

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • ACV – 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon – 2 tablespoon juice
  • Water – 350 ml  

Blend all. Have a cup early in the morning on empty stomach. Prepare the drink daily—it should be fresh. Do not refrigerate it.

Diabetic Weight Loss Drinks #3: Bitter Melon

  • Bitter Melon (or Bitter Gourd) – 2
  • Water – as required (to make a concentrate)

Blend well and have a cup daily early in the morning on empty stomach. Prepare the concentrate fresh every day—it should be fresh. Do not refrigerate it.

It is THE BEST for reducing blood sugar level, and in the process, losing weight.

By the way, here comes the BONUS (it is not a drink but—-)

Bonus

If you do not have time or you feel lazy to prepare these drinks daily, eat NEEM LEAVES.

For this, before going to bed, soak some fresh Neem leaves (about 5 to 6) in water. Early next morning, wash the leaves clean.

Eat them (chew well) and have 2 glasses of water. This water is a must.

Continue for 30 days—give a gap of 10 days—start again for 30 days.

Of course, you have to bear the “bitterness”. It plays the most vital role in reducing your blood sugar level and your weight.

There are many other ingredients in the market that are bitter, but bitter melon and Neem top the list.

Conclusion

Don’t have all the diabetic weight loss drink and Neem leaves together. Choose the one that you can have and continue with, and stick to it for a minimum 3 months. The result will obviously vary for Endomorph diabetic, Mesomorph diabetic and Ectomorph diabetic.
